⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible — just ask in advance.

🚭 Smoking

• No smoking or vaping inside the property, including bathrooms and windows.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, please use ashtrays provided.
• A cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs indoors.

🔕 Noise & Neighbours

• Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, or loud music.

👥 Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No unapproved visitors without prior permission.

🧼 Cleanliness

• Please treat the property with care.
• Kindly wash used dishes and leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition.
• Report any spills, damage, or issues as soon as possible — accidents happen!

🔑 Keys & Security

• Please keep keys safe at all times.
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are [not allowed / allowed by prior agreement only].
• If approved, pets must not be left unattended or allowed on furniture.

🚫 Safety

• No candles, portable heaters, or open flames.
• Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment.

🛋️ Furniture & Amenities

• Please do not move furniture between rooms.
• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in a charge.

🚗 Parking

• Please park only in the designated areas and be considerate of neighbors' access.
